Warehouse Storeperson

This is a Queensland owned business with over 30 years supplying commercial ceiling systems to Brisbane's construction industry. Based in Morningside, the business operates from a purpose-built warehouse facility opened in 2025 — clean, organised, and purpose-fit for the team that works in it.

The team is small, stable, and consistent. Average tenure is over seven years. People stay because the work is reliable, the environment is straightforward, and there's no unnecessary drama — you do the job right and go home on time.

This is a hands-on warehouse role supporting the daily picking, packing, and dispatch of commercial ceiling products to active Brisbane construction projects. You'll work alongside a small crew in a well-run operation where accuracy and reliability matter more than experience level. Full training is provided — no trade or industry background required.

• Receive incoming deliveries, check stock, and put away accurately
• Pick and pack customer orders to a high standard of accuracy
• Load trucks and coordinate outbound dispatch to project sites
• Maintain stock counts and keep the warehouse organised and safe
• Support stock movements and assist with occasional local deliveries as required

• Reliable — consistent attendance and a positive, team-first attitude is the #1 requirement
• Physically capable — comfortable with regular lifting to 25kg; team assist for heavier items
• Detail-oriented — accuracy and safety awareness matter in this role
• Current driver's licence
• Forklift licence an advantage — willingness to obtain and be trained is equally welcome

Backgrounds considered: warehouse, distribution, labouring, trades, construction, stockroom, or any role where reliability and physical work were the norm.

• $60,000–$70,000 base + superannuation — permanent, not casual or labour hire
• Monday to Friday only — set day shift hours, no nights, no weekends, no on-call
• 4 weeks annual leave + personal leave entitlements
